The Chameleon collection features pens like you have never seen before. The unique, three-sided shape fuses graceful elegance with unorthodox boldness. The incredible chameleon-like material allows colors to change depending on the angle from which you are looking at the pens. This sophisticated design and exquisite finish bring a new luxury to the art of writing with BENU’s Chameleon collection.


BENU is a young brand of writing instruments. Benu’s story began in January 2016 when the co-founders, Alex Semanin and Kate Dmitrieva, decided to join forces to set up а new creative concept. Right from the start, the aim was clear: to make writing instruments and desk accessories for these who prefer bright colors and new designs that are playful, stylish and fun.

BENU fountain pens, ballpoints and rollerball pens are designed and handcrafted in the company’s own Moscow-based workshop. Each part of the pens is made in house, except for
nib units, ink cartridges, clips, rollerballs and ballpoints refills. All BENU fountain pens come with Schmidt nib units with high-quality JoWo and Bock nibs.

A broad and vivid color palette is the key characteristic of the BENU collection. The designers and artisans take great care to create materials of vibrant colors and diverse textures. After the acrylic resin is molded into blanks, masters cut them on CNC lathe, producing the required parts. Before being assembled each part is a subject to a series of technical, mechanical and visual inspections to verify its accuracy.
